We are Dreamland Travel and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking
agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe
what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related
services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms "we",
"us" and "our" refer to IndiaTravel . The term "you" refers to the customer visiting
our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services.
Products and Suppliers:
We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service
providers ("Suppliers"). Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are
applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and
conditions, and you should make sure you understand them. Certain software and content
found on our website are owned or licensed by us or our Suppliers, your use of which
may be subject to further conditions. Our website, which is referred throughout
this Agreement, can be found at www.Indiatravel.co.in .
Dreamland Travel is acting as intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services
that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation,
hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such
products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers
in connection with such products and services.
All airlines tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed
after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to
additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. You may be charged additional
sums by Dreamland Travel to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations
in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. Acceptance of these terms
and conditions hereby consent you to any post-purchase price increases and authorize
Dreamland Travel to charge my credit card for such additional amounts.
Prices on the Website:
The price, which we offer on India, is generally includes accommodation charges,
taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch
/ Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like
telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges,
etc.
Payments :
We are now able to offer 4 ways of payment:
1) Credit card;
2) Wire transfer (bank transfer);
3) PayUMoney
4) Cash deposite in Axis Bank 1% addition charge.
Please note:
1) The quote we provide is in INR, you can find reference exchange rate here.
2) Detailed payment guide will be sent to you via email by your travel consultant.
Full payment must be settled by bank before your arrival date or any options given
in our replied date by fax at the time of advance booking; if not, all reservations
will be canceled automatically.
3) Any bank charges levied by the sending bank of your payment must be taken care
of by yourself.
Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel your domestic or international flight bookings call us 08285624833,
India will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, call India Customer Care on 08285624833. For
all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 500 per person
per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. For
international flight bookings, a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged,
over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
For rescheduling of domestic flights, India will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector
as standard rescheduling charges.
For no-show on domestic flights, India will charge Rs. 100 per person per sector
as standard no-show charges.
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using India
Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of
the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
Travel Documents
A passport valid for no less than 6 months is required to travel to all countries
in our program. Responsibility for documentation accuracy, passport validity and
dispatch of documents rests with you. India Tours accepts no responsibility for
any failure in this respect. You must clearly provide your full name on passport;
otherwise we are not liable for any delays, transport failure. Also, travel insurance
purchased in advance is strongly suggested for your own sake.
Medical Issues:
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional
or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or
the use of special equipment. You must provide your own small, collapsible wheelchair
if it is a necessity through your journey, please note not all of our trips are
wheelchair-accessible. Besides, we cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or
accessibility in international destinations. India Odyssey Tours reserves the right
to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the
health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
We cannot accommodate women who are 6 month or longer pregnant. You should take
into account all international travel risks and health requirements applicable to
the areas you intend to visit. You are solely responsible for checking the governmental
safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements in countries
you are going to visit or transit.
Insurance:
Dreamland Travel will carry out tour services after making sure you are properly
insured. It is required that you should purchase proper travel insurances before
leaving your home country to cover a wide range of unexpected loss and damages.
Visa guidelines:
Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through.
Please check with the concerned airline or embassy for all visa requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Dreamland Travel acts as a coordinator making all arrangements of transportation,
sightseeing and hotel accommodation for travelers taking its tour packages. We do
not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel, restaurant
or any other supplier of services. All receipts and tickets are issued according
to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services are subject
to the laws as an agent for the owners contractors and suppliers of transportation
and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for
the loss or damage to baggage or property, no responsibility for any injury, illness
or death, no responsibility for any damages or claims howsoever caused arising directly
or indirectly from accidents, loss, or damage to person or property, no responsibility
for delays, transport failures, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God, etc
which Dreamland Travel has no control.
Complaints and Claims
Whenever you feel unsatisfied with any service Dreamland Travel has provided,
please inform your local tour guide or your travel consultant immediately to avoid
similar problems either before or during your trip.
If you want to complain or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email,
regular mail, or fax in writing within 15 days upon your tour is finished. Please
attach relevant receipts and substantiating evidence to the letter of claim.
