User Agreement

This User Agreement integrates the terms and conditions for Dreamland Travel India and its affiliate companies collectively referred to as the "parties," providing services to users seeking to purchase any of Dreamland Travel's products and services through its website or other channels including salespersons, mobile apps, customer support centers, agents, and information campaigns.

By accessing or using this site or any of its services you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below, including any supplementary guidelines and future modifications made by Dreamland Travel. Dreamland Travel reserves the right to change alter or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All rights and responsibilities of the User and Dreamland Travel related to the services provided by Dreamland Travel are limited to the scope of this agreement. Dreamland Travel may at its discretion terminate access to any of its services at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

Certain products or services are provided by third-party suppliers. In addition to this agreement, the User must understand and agree to the terms and services of such suppliers. These terms and services will be provided and updated by Dreamland Travel and are considered part of this agreement. Users must read and accept the relevant terms of service for the service/product they avail. Dreamland Travel's services are offered to the User on the condition of accepting them without modification. By availing Dreamland Travel's Services the User agrees to this Agreement and the terms of services. If the User disagrees with any part of it, they should refrain from using Dreamland Travel's Services.

When using Dreamland Travel's website the User authorizes Dreamland Travel and its agents to access third-party sites including banks and other payment gateways as designated by them or on their behalf to retrieve requested details. During registration the User should choose a password and keep it confidential. The User is entirely responsible for any activity conducted using the password or account. It is the User's duty to promptly notify Dreamland Travel in writing if they suspect unauthorized account use or any security breaches. Dreamland Travel will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized password or account use.
